Daily Fitness & Wellness Routine Star this Commitment
Week 12 of 12

ltrimarco commits to:
Partake in daily activities that will nourish my body & mind. I commit to do the following:

- Yoga 2x a week
- Work out 3x a week (run or gym)
- Meditate 2x a week

My goal is to spend enough time on each to where I feel rejuvenated-- whether it be a 30 minute work out, 10 minutes of meditation, a a 2 mile run, etc.

I also commit to keeping a journal of my daily activities in order to reflect and track my progress over the course of the semester (and beyond!).

Weather has been beautiful this week so I am getting outside whenever possible!

WED, 5/2: YOGA
THURS, 5/3: Run (~20 minutes)
FRI, 5/4: Meditation (10 minutes)
SAT, 5/5: Meditation (12 minutes)
SUN, 5/6: Run (15 minutes)
MON, 5/7: Hike (~1 hr)
TUES, 5/8: Meditation (15 minutes)

** I mainly focused on meditation this week because I had large projects and papers due in nearly every class, and could not find the time or motivation to work out.
