FlowerProwess commits to:
Starting to rebuild healthy relationship with food. Riding the wave of food cravings and removing trigger foods. To exercise this goal, eating no more than three meals per week from a restaurant, and in doing so, making good/moderate choices. To prevent habits from creeping in at home, using grocery ordering services to eliminate the trigger foods in the house. Failure points are buying trigger foods from the store, eating more than three restaurant meals per week and no eating past 9:00pm.
