| Going very well. I'm positive I'll never have a cigarette again. I've even went out drinking with my smoking friends and didn't care! I think once you really know you're ready to quit, you will. It is hard at first but it gets easier and easier. Still have one more week until my Stickk goal is done, but I am not afraid I'll ever go back! | |

I have already quit smoking for a week. I feel if I can go 5 weeks then I am good! Lots of nail biting and lip chewing, redirecting my thoughts to something other than a craving that prickles my skin and sinks my chest... Otherwise it is going well! |
