Ride my bike more and farther

silverstreak commits to:
Every Monday and Wednesday, I will ride my bike to the park (1.57 miles away), ride around the perimeter of the park 3 times and return home. Every other week I will increase the ride around the perimeter by 1 revolution until I reach a maximum of seven revolutions.

| Another week has gone by and I am still loving my bike and the rides. I was talking to my buddy yesterday and he says we should register for the "STP", I said what's the "STP" he said let's do the Seattle to Portland ride. I looked at him like he had three eyes on his face. He's a crazy man and I'm not ready for anything like that yet but it's ok to dream. So yep I like my bike in progressively longer trips but nothing like what was suggested. | |

| Another good week. The habit is formed. I like riding and the opportunity it provides for personal reflection. I think I'm ready to invest in an ipod...go figure. | |

| I'm still riding the bike and I added a day when I can fit it in. I found that the riding has helped with my digestion too. Anyway another good week. | |
