| Went w actual weight since it was a gain anyway. Numbers from here are accurate and understate weight loss by 2 lbs | |

| My first failure. Not just fluctuation, I definitely gained a little weight this week. I was at my goal for this week 1 1/2 weeks ago. Need to refocus. I hope this will be the impetus that I need. | |

| Was not as easy making weight as I had expected. I faltered towards the end of the week. Had to "game" the weigh-in by delaying it until I made weight in the early afternoon (light eating, light workout without hydration). That was Saturday: this morning My weight upon waking is down to where it should be. So, back on track. Now to keep it there! I started tracking yesterday. That will help. | |

| -gained almost 3 lbs during a very stressful week. My weight right out of bed was 246 (adjusted to 243 due to initial 2 lb overstatement). Actual weight if I went at usual time would probably have been .5 lb lighter, but I escaped the penalty w/ this weight and decided to log it right away. Seems to have motivated me. It is now Monday morning, and I'm already down a half lb or so. With persistence should easily make weight. Still, it is frustrating to have squandered the good strat that I had made. | |
