You've been such an inspiration for the past 18 weeks! I am so impressed with your resilience and character that you have and that you have built. Whatever life you want gets built exactly brick by brick, commitment by commitment like this. Excited to see what you do next! ???? |

Here we are at the end! Holy shit!
I was just reading through my earlier posts and I’m really just in awe of the process, to be honest. I’ve lost weight, my cardio health has improved, my butt is inching closer to round! My attitude has improved, I would consider myself and active woman, I’m strong, I can run, and I love biking. I CAN wake up early in the morning, I make time for myself, I’ve read a ton, and I’m investing in myself. Since the start of this, I’ve changed my schedule at work to get in earlier and leave later, I’ve changed my commute and shortened it while being active, I’ve published my stationary, I’ve been hired for hand lettering, and my confidence has improved... dare I say some forms of my anxiety have started to dissipate.
The beauty of this is that I saw trying things like different types of morning routines, different ways of eating, different types of exercise, and different activities, opened opportunities for me. I don’t feel stuck, I feel like I have the power to create opportunity and figure out my goals and get ‘er done.
And with all that positivity, I definitely still have opportunities to continue improvement. I want to find my permanent routine so that I can experience the fruits of really settling into something over a longer period of time. I also want to learn more about lifting. Jewelz is such a great resource that I haven’t tapped into. I really want to make time to learn from her. I want to start really working on my anxiety; the stuff that hasn’t been resolved by the new and improved me.
Y’all were so supportive on a number of levels and I will ask that you continue that support. This progress isn’t over, I’m just getting started!

Yesterday I biked to meet Jewelz after twerk and then we walked across the entire planet because the busses were taking too long! Got all the steps in!
Finished with over 700 cals |
