With the exception of last night, when I fell asleep on the couch and work up at 2:30. Not sure what time i fell asleep. I did make sure I slept at least 8 hours. So I consider this keeping to my commitment. What I need to do though, is make my lights out earlier, so that I can work on getting up earlier, as my ultimate goal is to use the AM hours more productively, rather than truly wasting my evening hours watching TV!
