Well, I made it!! This contract worked for me! Luckily, I didn’t specify what my workouts had to be, which gave me the flexibility to pull it off. I liked the first week of going to the gym, but didn’t like the time spent on packing a bag and driving there, etc. I had been wanting to do those Classical Stretch workouts for a while, and finally got into them. They are really helping me with my posture. But my favorite workouts are the last 4 days of run/walks, then yoga or Classical Stretch first thing in the morning. Thanks to my referee, Leanne!! I’ll see you guys in the next contract!!! |

Day 1: Classical Stretch hip and back strengthening
Day 2: Classical Stretch full body toning
Day 3: Yoga Burn Phase 1 - 45 minute flow yoga
Day 4: Classical Stretch 30 minute posture workout
Day 5: Run/Walk 2 miles (25 min), then Yoga Burn 45 minute flow yoga
Day 6: Run/Walk 2 miles, then Classical Stretch spine strengthening and flexibility
Day 7: Run/Walk 2 miles, then Yoga Burn 45 minute flow yoga |
