dakuaitou commits to:
(1) I will weigh myself at least 3 times a week (on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday).
(2) Each weigh-in requires a video of the scale and sticky note with the current date as proof. This video must be uploaded that day to Twitter @luosifuzongtong if it is to be counted. (3) My reported weight will be based on a linear regression line fit to the last four weeks of data. (4) The slope of that line must be less than 0.50 lb/week to pass.
