I have worked out 2x this week so far, need 3 more at least. 1 long run too, HIIT, interval sprints, 1.5 mile run for time, kettle ball work, core work, P90X!!!

Keep eating better. Less fattening foods again, its almost Spring Break season! 9% BF by end of Feb or Mar.! Getting there on all goals and tasks! Just a little bit more every day! Get some sleep!

Get more sleep, eat better, and workout EARLY every day to keep my 6 pack/moneymaker, and get an 8 pack, more cut look. Get P90X!
