Run 4xs S, M/T, W/Th, Th/F for at least 30 min. Can replace 1 run with MuTu workout. 32oz water by 2nd cup of coffee, lunch, dinner. Strength 2xs T/W Th/F. Lunges, squats, Mutu S/M. 4 treats per week. Dates/parties/special events count as one. End is night before the race.
