This challenge is over! Met my goal requirement and could not be prouder than I am now. Now I will maintain my weight for about a month while working on my lifts, and then come back to see if I can loose an additional 5kg by the end of the year!! |

Success ! I reached my goal weight. At first it was hard for me to resist the temptations of over eating, but after incorporating Intermittent Fasting plus daily exercise, it became easier and using the results as motivation it ended up being a walk in the park. I will now attempt to go down to around 68kg, then go for a short bulk, and then go back again so that I can stick around a 70kg weight while continue to lift and increase my strength. Thanks so much to this website for assisting me with the process. I think I got it from here!!! Good luck to other participants !! |

Anpther great week, not only am I playing tennis 3-4 times per week, I am also improving on my weight lifting, setting new records every week. I am starting to feel hungrier than before, might consider having two refeed days instead of just one. I am getting more comfortable with intermittent fasting and saving the majority of my calories for later in the afternoon. I am only 0.5 kg away from my weight loss goal. It has been a life changing journey and from now on it will only get better! Hopefully i will get to my goal weight next week! |
