| I’ve realised increasingly that I’ve got little self control. I do everything in moderation (e.g. drinking, partying, exercise etc) but never stuck at any particular thing for a committed period of time / towards a measurable goal. My main source of motivation is Jane - she quit smoking, didn’t drink for a month and also gave a serious go at Ramadan. So I’ve searched online for the best app to keep track of habits. Here I go! | |
