I find the problem is when some priority area of my life comes up (employment right now) everything else gets pushed to the side including things that I set out to commit to everyday (studying chinese, meditating, etc.). I feel like there is enough time in the day, but by the end all the deprioritised stuff feels overwhelming and I lose the willpower to follow through. Maybe a strategic way to re-energise in the evening. Need to think about:
1. Whether the things that I am skipping out on are being skipped because they aren't actually important/effective/efficient anymore
2. Follow through with everything else
3. Doing a better job of cutting out 'dead time' |

You can plan your commitments around going out. There's time for both and I believe you can do it! |

Kind of a mixed week...getting back onto my shit after 2 weeks of forgetting. You can punish if you want .___. |

Lol. Ok next week is for real! From your insta it looks like you're spending your time well anyway! |
