After 12 weeks I completed this goal and now live a healthy lifestyle! I will continue to eat like this the rest of my life! To recap, I started 12 weeks ago at 265 lbs and am now down to 230. That's a 35 lb weight loss in 12 weeks.

I had one cheat meal yesterday for payday. Other than that, I have 2 weeks left! I hope I can share my success when I get together with my family for a wedding.
