This is the last entry of the 24 weeks weight loss journey. PAW has caused most of the disruption throughout this time, however, as this year comes to an end I can feel my determination & persistence taking hold and the enthusiasm I once had in my twenties returning. It was all neurological in the end. Who would have thought something so small & unnoticeable can cause so much trouble? Anyway, onwards I must continue and set another goal and keep up the work as I want to get down to 86kgs. |

| Same weight as last week at 91.8kgs. Some PAW fatigue creeps up on me plus stiffness too. | |

| I feel back on track with the weight loss again, PAW is mild now if it shows up so no big deal there. 91.8kgs for this weeks weigh in!! Woo hoo. | |

| I’m back on track now with my weight loss, and now that PAW has finished I just know the weight will stay off. I will set another weight loss goal once this stint is over so I can continue towards the ultimate goal of 86kgs | |
