It was a rough start, but I was able to maintain my healthy eating habits.

Day 1:
Dinner:
Chips and homemade guacamole
Tortilla with Grilled Vegetables, talapia, guacamole, sour cream and cheese
1 serving of retried beans
Dessert:
1 bow of moose track ice cream
1 Black am white cookie
4 pieces of dark chocolate dried mangoes

Reflection:
Today was better than yesterday. I ate healthy all day, but I did eat too much dessert. I should have had one of the three different desserts I ate. Tomorrow I will choose one.
