| Got back from Vacation in DC to a much colder climate in Washington State and was always hungry. In DC I had little to no appetite and only ate for energy and pleasure. In Washington State I eat because if I don't I cannot do anything else. It is debilitating. I think it has settled out now and I can go back to losing weight but this is a major hick up. | |

| Failed this week. Ate crap the night before with high salt content and drank a lot during the day. Well I guess I got fund the website I'm using at some point. Next week I will be on point. | |
