| So I didn't really weight myself before I started, but I wasn't exactly following the plan either, so this is fair | |

So I am starting my commitment. I hereby commit to following the 4HB plan of slow carb dieting with one day off. As I start in Friday my first day off will be next week Sat. I will have my min 30x5 jogging entities per week, at least 2 strength work outs and other random activities (tough mudder training, yoga, etc). I will continue exploring the power of auto hypnosis as well as meditations, breathing, etc. I will stick to at least 14 h fasting window with a clear focus on expanding it to bring it to 18 h. My further emphasis is to stop having snacks and munching here and there, but rather stick to 2 solid meals, plus possibly a protein snack around 3:30 pm to assure I have enough energy till the next day. Should I get hungry at night I will have some broth, water and tea. My aim is to train my body to stick to the schedule and not even get hungry at night. If I need something sweet/outside of the meal plan, I can document it for the next day off. I will stick to these simple rules at all times as they are in my best interest. |
