I really want the minor "injuries" that still haunt me to completely heal, so I've backed off the weights considerably. My shoulders, elbows, and wrists all hurt a little here and there. I hurt my rotator cuff, my lower traps, and my lower abs. Those last three have completely and utterly healed, but the shoulders, elbows, and wrists have not. It's been weeks. I want the pain GONE. If I were joining the Olympics, I might see my way to taking more risk, but I'm not.
My focus lately is on fat loss, and I don't think I've lost any muscle. My sleeves feel just as tight as ever. Not a super precise indicator, but... |

I guess I should add to all of these that the "unsuccessful periods" are just me being unable to find the time to write before the report becomes "overdue". In actuality, I haven't missed a day and am just ecstatic about how well this is going for me. Girls don't ignore me anymore. I get either very positive or very negative reactions - nothing in between. I don't really get indifference at any kind of high level. |
