BOOO! I am doing soooo bad. I will eat clean, then eat bad. I need to get back weighing myself, and drinking water. i go 20 more weeks. to get down to 135. im so disappointed. guess i have to go back to the mentality, one choice at a time. do i eat the cookie or do i want to loose some weight. my goal is to drink water 3 of the cups that i have. so that will make 64 ounces. this week that is my main goal. then maybe try not to eat fast food. unless its healthy like a parfait. if i could just watch my calorie intake. so first, i'll focus on water. for 2 weeks. next i'll focus on eating 3 veggies. every day. i can eat anything i want, now. i just need to drink 64 ounces of water every day. then i can eat whatever i want 2 weeks from now. but i have to get 3 veggies in. then 2 weeks later, i will add 2 fruits. so i can eat whatever i want as long as i have 3 veggies and 2 fruits. and then i will start doing only 5 starches at 60 calories. and only 5 starches. so then i'll have my fruits, veggies, and 5 starches. then decrease my starches to 3. so every two weeks , i will change or add something about my diet. so in like so in two months i will be eating real close to the phc plan and staying hydrated. one thing at a time. the last thing will be to exercise, the bicycle. and increase the bicycle each week. and get prepared to loose money for the next 8 weeks. so you will loose like 40 bucks. |
