Stuck with the workout plan for week 3. Good with food except for nights out. Be careful with the social eating!!!

This week I start Kayla Itness's 12 week challenge. My goal is to stick with that workout program for the next 12 weeks. I ordered food this week to avoid eating unhealthy. Need to focus given social events coming up. Dinner with Kiera and Tom's bday this week.

Failed week 2. Did not stick to my workouts and indulged too frequently. Extras should be for social settings. Goal - workout 4x per week, healthy breakfast, lunch, Trader Joe’s dinners. No bad snacks.
