It was a stressful week so I did not eat a lot

I thought that I would've lost more weight this week since I worked out more this week. However, I'm glad that I lost at least something. Even though I didn't reach my goal this week I feel healthier and stronger!

I didn't exercise this week but I did walk around campus more often and I ate less than I usually would. However, I'm still surprised that I lost weight. Whenever I eat or think about exercising, I keep in mind that I have to report back to Stickk, therefore helping me have more self control.

I went to the gym twice this week and worked out lightly one other day. However, I ate more unhealthily this week so I maintained my weight
