Didn't sleep well this week. Need to go to bed on time! And perhaps adjust the wake up time to 5 am, as I was always awaken at this time. |

I was too tired to wake up at 5:30 in two days of the week. Maybe I drank too much coffee, or even if I went to bed at 10pm, I didn't fall asleep until later or my sleeping quality was bad (being waken up at some points).
I did go to bed at 10 most of the days. When my condition was bad, I would need to wake up later, maybe 6:30 or 7. |

I really enjoyed waking up at 5:30 AM. I managed to use 5-second rule to get up without snoozing my alarm. I haven't been placing my phone in another room, yet I never checked my phone until after 7:30 AM. Before that, I would read books that help me practice Visualization and make Visualization audios. It feels really comforting and exciting to dive into something I feel passionate about before even starting my daily tasks.
Some days I would sleep later than 10 PM. I haven't adjusted myself enough to stop working by 9:30 PM to put myself to sleep. I will focus on going to bed on time since this week. |

I woke up without snoozing my alarm in all the weekdays. I used "5 second rule" so that I would jump out of my bed before my brain could even come up with any excuse to keep sleeping. This works wonders!
After waking up, I would make myself coffee and prepare salad for my lunch. Or I would just drink some water and start reading the books that support me to build my Visualization audios and website. I really enjoy the quietness and the sense of being in control of my early morning.
This can be crucial to the success of my side project -- the Visualization audio recording! |
