sushiwest sushi -- need to eat fish 3x this is (2 of 3)
Plain yogurt(around 3 dollars (can't remember were I bought it but it's yummy)-- need to buy more & had honey (trader Joes pricy honey) + strawberries (1.99 ralphs) added

PRO:Today I ate two spoons of yogurt that included three strawberries and a tablespoon of honey, eight pieces of yellow-tail sushi from sushi west and guzzled down two cups of hot water with honey.

+CON: The secretary came to my desk with bakery apple pie, I declined and she generously waited for me to take one ( so I nicely wrapped it in my awesome BeeWrap ) to gift it to a yummy person.

-CON: I consumed 1.5 soy sauce packets -- and the feeling of dehydration while typing this is extrodinarily uncomfortable.

I had planned on boiling B.Broth for consumption as well as Costco avocado while it's still eatable -but did not make time in the AM before work.

Solution:
Research process of B.Broth consumption and integrate into this eight week experiment.
Daily walks are very useful.
