Truly amazing progress, love a regular committment to mindfulness. The urge for it has become instinctive, I'm happier healthier and mentally more composed. I've memorised my personal mantras and the WRAP-style wheel of triggers for nourishing activity. At times the use of wrist vibrate alarms to prompt was intrusive and naggy, and there was an occasional late 'lip-service' paid on low achievement days, but even then and overall, very positive impact 😊 |

I'm noticing a deep shift of where I want to direct my energy, and with it a resurgence of energy (I'm doing this in parallel with an alcohol and sleep commitment too though). |
