These journal entries are 100% what I am looking for 👌🏿 And this is what effective weight losing is. It’s knowing that there will be tough patches, knowing that some weeks you didn’t hit Macros, some weeks you didn’t train enough but you keep pushing on and we’re here to support you through it! Last week was an okay week! I didn’t eat too much or too little I think that with uni and exams coming up my focus for the gym has been slack like even coming into this week, I don’t plan on hitting the gym until after Monday once my final exam is done just because all I can think about it is making sure I know enough. So in saying that I’m being extra strict with my eating this week just to try make up for the lack of gym. I’m drinking more water than usual too.
This coming money is also weigh in day and I’m just curious as to how it’s all been going. I feel like iv lost weight and measurements and the way clothes fit on me suggest the same thing too but I don’t know what the scales will say. My biggest enemy throughout this whole journey has been the scales because they are never consistent with me. I have months where I’ll lose 3 kts and I’ll be doing the same thing and have months where I lose 300grams. Like I don’t understand it but doesn’t matter because I’m getting to my weight goal regardless by end of Feb.
But yes, last week was an average week, not bad but not great and this week has started off very strong especially since it’s my last week before weigh in! |

Ps is there anything specific that you are struggling with? Energy levels? Not enough food, what would you say is the biggest annoyance? |
