Back at 188.4 lbs. Diet has maintained strong. Now just preparing for my calculated binge day tomorrow. The first week binge day seems to be the inflection point to whether I meet my fat loss goal or not dependent on how successful I am.

I'm going to eat a normal slow-carb breakfast. Ease my way into it by eating some fruits a few hours after, and then go straight ahead by adding cinnamon, yerba mate tea, and post-meal short-exercise for damage control.

dont let a bad meal turn into days of binging. Most of the gained weight is water weight but will take some days to get off again

I skipped many days of commitment to this. I eventually gained weight to 193.6. But since I took myself back onto it a couple days ago, I'm beginning to see progress again.

I actually gained weight to about 193.6 lb because I've been off my routine for both diet and excercise. I'm back at it though, and I will definitely hit my goal of 157 lbs with 9% body fat.
