Hey Kara, glad we briefly caught up, I love the detailed posts. So as discussed, Kingdom Fitness will always be about finding and assisting you with finding a sustainable solution that helps you lose weight at an optimal level. Now that being said I am all for supplements like protein powder and things that help you get to where you need to be. However I will advise against optifast as a meal replacement. Sir ehave it as a snack replacement, however I just know from personal experience with numerous crash diets that they do not work. I am however super happy that you are looking for ways to lose the weight faster and make sure you are on track!! So in terms of going forward feel free to test if it works for you as a snack replacement but please do not have it substitute meals. Have less carbs and optifast but please please have your protein!! Let me know if you need any assistance with anything l. Let’s make this your best week yet!!

Amazing advice, really great!! I haven’t been jogging haha.. which has been hard as!! only done like 3 days of exercise since we last caught up as works been crazy, and walking 25mins inclined has been painful and harder than I thought 😮 but I’ll keep it going. The food craving monster is my biggest down fall, when I fail and eat the wrong food my whole mindset shifts and I feel like I’m back to square one, had a chat to Jay today and he’s helping me to clear my head and see things a lil better- counting the cost. We are going to plan ahead and have our weeks meals prepared and buy only those ingredients, good plan I think! Don’t know if I’ve lost much weight this month, question: can I do opti fast shakes for a few days of the week or to replace one/two meals a day? I found it really helped reduce my cravings and made me “stick” to a structured plan a bit better and I had more energy. Let me know if this is all good? I actually brought a box already as I thought this would really help me get back on track as I had a few days where I had a few bites of food I should have here and there. Thanks for reading this huge post haha appreciate your support, bare with me- I’m a hard case 😬
