Today, i officially complete the meditation challenge. What started off as a challenge turned into a wonderful gift I give myself every day. I look forward to this continued journey. I hope I can inspire others to join me. I am a better version of myself since starting this journey. I am more aware, more accepting, more focused and productive. I'm exceptionally happier and healthier. This is just the beginning of more great things to come. I have the deepest gratitude for my family, friends, especially my new found friends at Within Meditation and Satori Yoga studio. |

Looking forward to submitting my next report for completing my goal this week. Although I am nearing the end of my meditation challenge, I'm determined to continue my daily practice and will recommend and motivate others to do the same. |

As I just passed the halfway mark with meeting my goals for the meditation challenge, I want to thank the meditation leaders from Within Meditation. They helped me meet and exceed my goals. As of today, Oct. 14, I have not only met my 5 day meditation goal for the week, but I have made meditation a daily habit with weekday classes at noon, 3 minutes before or after breakfast and 7 to 10 minutes before bedtime. I am truly feeling more appreciative of each day and grateful of the people in my life. |
