(Specifically: Only Food made directly from Legumes, Vegetables, Fruit, Whole Grain products like Rice, Quinoa, Oatmeal, Whole Grain Bread etc, Nuts and Seeds. Cheese allowed in moderation) Eating only during 2 short time periods per Day (Morning and Afternoon) No eating in between Meals
