Run at least once a week.
Follow an 80/20 diet. Do at least two ab exercises each week. Do at least one leg exercise each week. Exercise 3-4 times in total each week. Remember when you that man at Van Cortlandt told you that you had great form? Remember how good you felt after running that entire course, yet you were breathing and smiling? You will get that again. Do it because there is something better waiting on the other end.
