i did make it again and wrote everything down and kept it around 1000 cal, I ran 12.6 miles this week and did my core workout as well. feeling good and lost 1.6 lb

I made it this week and was abkle to write in my journal keeping cal at 1000 or less each day, did 2 core workouts and ran 11.5 miles this week. lost another lb this week as well so feeling pretty good.

I was away this weekend and was not able to get all my running in. This week I am going to make up for the miles i missed last week, i was still good at writing down what I eat and made good food choices, so I did not gain anything so far.

I ran just over 8 miles this week and did core workout as well as wrote down what i eat in my journal. I am still keeping within 1000 cal and will keep doing that until i reach my goal weight
