| I’ve not kept up with Stikk but I have been mostly successful with doing the work. This last week I read TheNew Monogamy for approximately two hours and journaled for about 60 minutes. I saw Michael on Tuesday, which was an hour. Journaling was done before that and also for the lunar eclipse. | |

| Today I listened to about 30 minutes of mindfulness podcasts that put me onto the app, talked about finding worth through value, and making small changes. I wrote for 30 minutes on those podcasts as well as my learned behaviors. | |
