| I am feeling super good after changing my dietary habits (I don't know why I stopped eating well, if it makes feel this Great). I am waking up earlier now: 6.30 down from 7.20, and going to sleep at 11.00. I have restricted coffee to only in the mornings, which has allowed me to fall asleep faster plus my sleeping time is a lot more refreshing. | |

Snack attacks happen. :( But a nice thing that happened is that I adjusted my diet to keto, and I feel that my health markets are going up: more energy, better focus, etc. (Also, my resting heart rate is stabilizing at around 54-57, which is way better than what I had in December 60-65) |

So you had a snackcident? 😂 Haha Get up, dust yourself off and keep going! You have the backup plan ready, just implement it with discipline and intentionality and you are back on track 🏎️ Great with 4 training sessions this week and keeping yourself active! 🤸 |
