| Girl and Yoga class. Bikram Yoga I got there exactly at 4:00 pm as I always do. And I say next to a blonde lady who I've seen at my class before. The reason I know I've seen her before is because she distinctly has the face of someone who has decided to go the plastic surgery route. Any way goes happened to be right in front of me. So anyway the teacher Stephen said, it was time for class to begin. So we started. Everything was going well. My body was feeling great. Then all of sudden my stomach started to rumble. Oh boy! I said, "Chilly really, Justin did you have to eat chili before your yoga class? So now for the next 40 minutes, I have to fight away the rumbling in my stomach to desperately wants to turn into a loud fart, with 50 people in the class, I tried to save myself from embarrassment. So now I'm doing the stretches, but I'm giving 100% on every move. And now we finally come to the half split position, where my legs are about 6 feet apart from each other. And we have opened our arms opposite one another and slowly bend down, we must now touch the bottom of both of our health without hands. "Okay", I said to myself, "here it comes", closing my eyes in an attempt that believe that someone I will instantly turn invisible immediately after destination. 3, 2, 1.. low sound pup sound. I opened my eye with pure joy as I realized this may just be a "Silent But Deadly" aka SBD. And will 50 people the class, anyone can a suspect. Like a fox out the woods, I kept it cool, business as usual. As I left my head up, as we began to ascend upwards out of the stretch. I hear a loud ripping out, someone left out a massive rip. And this I can say for sure was not me. It was the women in front of me. She just belted out a serious rip. I couldn't help but start to laugh. And before I know it. An even louder fart came rippling from my butt cheeks. OMG, a double fart back to back. The class started to roar with laughter. | |

| This week I went through my storytelling class by T.J. and it was pretty awesome. I have not done every exercise. However, one of the biggest takeaways I got from the class was videoing my presentation and looking to see if there is anything I can improve or change. I have now done this with my pitch and it is getting better and better each day. | |
