Was able to do some walking this week, the most since being back in NYC.
Wish I was still on vacay though.......

Continuing on my path this week!
Yogurt, banana, and tea for breakfast last two days.

Did walking yesterday, ate super healthy so far this week, and most of last week.
I have been more successful that it seems, it's just that I often miss the log in deadline, lol.

This past week was a good one, walking and snacking were on point and I actually pushed myself to do more than I had originally planned, particularly on days when it was cold, and the last thing I wanted to do was be outdoors. I've had sweets twice so far this week, but have walked to try to counterbalance the extra calories.
