Clean up each meal and snacks one at a time to refine and eliminate added sugar consumption.
e.g. no honey or maple syrup in breakfast, hummus and veggies as snack...no sweets sheet dinner, replace with fruit

No processed sugar this week and almost no cravings. One day was tough. Tiredness and emotional state seem to affect cravings the most. | |
