| This week was packed with a lot of root vegetables. I switched our rice with sweet potato which left me really hungry so I snacked on celery since I read online that it has negative calories. I got so tired of celery that I sort of lost my appetite/lingering hungry from the lack of rice; I suppose it paid of. I feel energized from my health but I can feel my energy/tolerance to workout for 30 minutes at a time waning. Not sure if I'm lazy or it's the lack of carbs! Thinking of switching off quinoa and sweet potatoes so I have more carbs and energy to keep working out. | |

| This one was really hard because now that I am not as stressed I actually had too practice self-control and eat less/say no to things I usually snack on. I did cave yesterday and ate 3 truffles in one sitting but I suppose I didn't put on weight due to all the salad I had been consuming the past week. | |

| I experienced a lot of stress at work this week and was unable to eat lunch or would do so very late that I would eat a small dinner, if at all. I wanted to lose weight not from unhealthy dieting but from intentional portioning and exercise. So while I did meet my weight goal, I want to do so next week through healthy means. | |
