eating healthy every single day. No excuses. Exercise every single day. It can be walking or lifting weights or running. No sugar. Just whole foods. No more using tech after waking up or less than 45 minutes before going to bed. I can use my phone/tablet/PC etc. 1 hour after waking. No caffeine 45 minutes after waking.
