Changed to one meal a day, two hour eating window in evening. Using snake juice during day. Plan on doing fasting next week to continue good trend. Feel great, gave up coffee this week as well.

Good dietary changes this week, but I'm still not tracking calories regularly. I am going for keto and IF and am at two meals a day currently. I still snack too much, and couldn't work out this week. My weight has gone up two pounds right now, hopefully just due to stress.
