This commitment contract started on the 22nd.
1st day: "Watched sunrise" by staying awake since I couldn't sleep. But obviously this was stupid and I got myself to fall asleep after a while. So not counted.

2nd day: Again I couldn't fall asleep. I think it has something to do with some anxiety I am not having because I just reconfirmed that I will be going back to school to study. I ate some benzos. I failed so horribly today because I not only did not manage to wake up, I also missed a lunch with a close friend as well as a SCHOOL (optional) enrichment lesson. :( So obviously not counted.

Right now it's the 24th and I couldn't sleep again. However, I spent the time "productively" by clearing my room, and made a "strict" time table I will adhere to for the rest of today. I tried "power napping" and it worked, for the first time at least. It should get harder as the number of occurrences increases.
