Having meditational 'me' time for a total of 2 hours per week.
This could consist of the traditional type of meditation (no noise, just sitting and breathing with a blank mind) or my own personal form of meditation which involves playing the guitar/writing or listening to music.

| I played for a total of 142/120 minutes this week! I missed a couple nights due to some unforeseen circumstances, but I made up for that by playing longer than needed some nights. ✌ | |
