On Wed I spent a lot of time with our new marketing coordinator to start updating my website info and social media links, etc in the two sessions and open hours that she had available. Trade-off time was added to other days to get an average of 10 researched contacts per each day/5 days/week.

Yay! Averaged 12 searches/day/5 days to add past client's current info to my list. Still lots more to go. Made total 35 calls, only spoke to 7. Left vm on others. Sent 14 emails with only 2 responses so far. No current info for the other 11. 2 past buyer prospect clients are in process of updating with lender in prep for a purchase as their rentals end July/Aug.

Met with 2 of the 3 former buyer prospects from 10 days ago who are currently renting, in process of developing their next search strategies. All rental leases end mid-late summer 2019, so they want to begin looking end of May for properties to purchase. Have also referred them to a lender to bring loan options up to date.

Also had conversation with one of my own tenants who I had anticipated would be getting close to wanting to purchase a home. Have a meeting set up to go over their needs and referred them to a lender to verify their qualifications and time frame to be ready

Met a former agent at an evening meeting as we were leaving. She mentioned that she is considering starting up again in real estate. In process of coordinating a coffee meeting to have further discussions and to get her referred to Dan Johnson first. She currently lives in Longmont, so not sure which office she will best fit with.

While I didn't get 10/day past transactions researched to add to my sphere, the calls & emails I had made from the past research resulted in two appointments with past 2018 buyers who are now renting and whose leases are coming to an end late summer. We will be discussing their current needs and developing a plan for successfully finding them suitable homes. Also was able to set up a coffee appointment with a recent closed buyer to ask for a written recommendation on social media site(s).
