Dancing once a day for a minimum of 5-minutes and maximum of 2-hours. I love to dance and it’s my main cardio workout. I get so busy and anxious sometimes I forget to dance and I always feel better after I dance. It’s like my yoga but more dynamic. I would love to eventually choreograph a dance fitness routine for all levels using world beats and electronic music.
