I'll pack my bag the night before and be ready to get going in the morning. I won't make excuses about the distance or time issues. I'll stick with the workout plan and won't be even thinking about why or how.

Deadlift went well. Let's get the success rate up to 50 percent!

Was sick the first half of the week, so it wasn't really skipping, but still... Missed two workouts... Went today though, had fun

Again 7.30 in the morning. Added weight to squat and row. Same weight for bench

Was at the gym at 7.30 am again. Workout was good. I think I'm getting the hang of the deadlift. Couldn't add weight to the squat though...
Let's go again on Friday!
