Today, I fasted again until lunch at 12.30. ended up eating out which stressed me a fair bit but I selected the siricha chicken bowl of less than 500 calories and left half of the rice. I was hungry when I got home but walked the dog first before having apple, grapes and PNB. I felt out of control for a short while and was lacking energy. Strong desire to binge but I distracted myself with household chores and a jigsaw. I cooked a stir fry with Quorn to give myself more to do and this was tasty and filling. |

Yesterday was good, I fasted until midday and then made a veg omelette for lunch. I had an apple and some grapes at 4.30pm and then made a chicken and veg stir fry for dinner with spice, soy sauce and siricha for flavour. It was tasty and I felt satisfied. I had several coffees with milk but stopped at 8pm. |

Today was good. Fasted until 12.30, just 3 drinks with milk and then an apple. Walked the dog and then had a salmon and egg salad for lunch at 3.30pm. Dinner at 8.30 was lentil soup. 2 more drinks with milk and that's all for the day |

Didn't eat until 1 pm when I was actually hungry. Had an prawn salad with slice of wheaten. It was tasty and I didn't really want all the Marie rose sauce but it was the best option available. I had 2 coffees while out as well as 2 in the morning. I didn't have any snacks and then dinner was mash (no milk or butter) with 2 veggie sausages, broccoli and peri peri sauce. I will have 1 more drink with milk and then none after. Been very tempted to over eat today but finding the motivation to avoid. |
