21st March 5:00pm until 19th April noon to eat a very good diet and exercise 3 times per week.
Foods I am not allowed, grains, added sugar, non raw dairy ,cheese of any kind, potatoes, crisps or sweets. Foods allowed 1) all meats and eggs (organic only if available) 2) vegetables (no potatoes, beets). 3 Nuts in small quantities (organic only) 4) Two pieces of organic fruit per day
