Stricter adherence to BLE, especially at dinner. Adhere to Bright Lines of: (1) no sugar (i.e., third or higher ingredient on pkg); (2) no flour-based foods (except Triscuits for breakfast only); (3) eat only 3 meals per day, 4 hours apart and completed within 1 hour and (4) accurately measure/ estimate food quantities and adhere to BLE limits. No quiche eaten offsite. Regularly complete Nightly Checklist; add connecting with others to the list. Exercise 1-2x/week at min. Weekly journal at min.
