| Day 30. Done and dusted. I feel like I've accomplished something that I really wanted. Mum, manda and I had a very honest discussion with each other last night that got pretty spicy. I'd typically have a big drink to "calm down" after something like that, but I just sat with it and noticed how I was feeling, then watched the most epic episode of GoT. Job done. What's next | |

| Day 22. Home stretch. One more weekend, and it's a weekend away at Kirra. Normal habitual holiday pressures will be there. Will be so worth it when it's done. | |

| Day 21. Easter Sunday, lunch at Nannys. Man Utd playing tonight, need a win for top 4. Everyone very supportive, no peer pressure or insensitivity. Days are normal. Thinking more about what patterns consistently appear, what triggers an excessive drinking episode, vs an easily defined session. Also, it's just alcohol, sometimes you get a bit jazzy and that's ok. | |
